Adam Berbereia, Head Chef

Chef Adam Berbereia is from the small rural farming community of Visalia, CA. He possesses over 17 years of Food and Beverage experience and is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas. Adam is a former chef of such distinguished businesses as: Daniel Boulud's Brasserie, a Michelin starred restaurant formerly in the Wynn Las Vegas; American Cruise Lines; and Travel Dynamics International. He has also acted as a self employed restaurant consultant. 


Growing up in a small area of central California, Adam always dreamed of becoming a professional chef. Dedicating his time and energy to his craft since the age of thirteen, he has always pushed forward to fine tune his culinary skills and expand his reach. Being blessed with the opportunities that have allowed him to travel most of the country, he searched for a place to settle down that provides both peace and a chance to be a part of a vibrant community.


At the invitation of The Mill Tavern owner, Ed Brown, Adam has come to the Village of Londonderry to play a role in the legacy that is the Mill Tavern. With his uncommon culinary flare and finesse, Chef Adam Berbereia has made his mark in the kitchen of The Mill. Pumping the kitchen and service staff full of his positive energy and passion for the industry, he plans to continuously elevate the cuisine standards that make The Mill Tavern in Londonderry, VT the dining landmark that it is today.
